PROBLEMS WITH YOUR
DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery problems
If Buyers have not received their delivery after 10 business days from receiving email notification of acceptance of payment, the Seller suggests that they go to their local post office. The parcel may be there awaiting collection. Please note that sometimes Buyers may not have received the card that notifies attempted delivery (where this applies) or may not have been present to collect or sign for the delivery.

If Buyers have not received any information after contact with Australia Post, please contact the Seller at admin@ppsguide.com.au to confirm that the details for delivery collected by the Seller are correct. The Seller will investigate, and make contact with the Buyer to progress the delivery of the Book(s).

If Book orders are returned to the Seller due to inaccurate delivery address details or other reasons due to the Buyer, then the Buyer will be charged for the cost of re-delivery, at the rates set out above.

In the event that Australia Post or the courier company fails to deliver your order due to inaccurate address information, they will return the order back to the Seller.

To the extent practicable, the Seller will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the delivery information that Buyers input is accurate. The Seller cannot guarantee that the orders of Buyers will arrive at their destination if Buyers have not provided correct address details and as much information as possible to assist Australia Post or couriers when delivering e.g. company name, level, suite etc, or if Buyers are not home or present in order to collect deliveries when postal or courier staff attempt to deliver.

Buyers will be responsible for costs associated in the return of Books to sender if the information provided by Buyers is incomplete, inaccurate or otherwise inadequate to ensure delivery.
Returns
The Seller uses reasonable endeavours to check the contents and quality of Books before they are shipped, to ensure that Buyers are sent a high-quality product in the correct quantity, free of defects when placed in the post or with a courier. Risk in the Book passes to Buyers upon Books being posted or placed with couriers. The Seller cannot accept responsibility for damage or wear and tear that occurs to Books during the postal, courier or delivery process. Books are packed in cardboard and other protective materials are used to ensure protection while in the post or with a courier, but the Seller cannot accept responsibility for damage or wear and tear that occurs following Books being posted or placed with couriers.

The Seller does not accept returns of Books and does not refund the purchase price of Books, except in the circumstances that the Buyer can demonstrate that they have received a genuinely defective Book (where defects were not caused due to postal or courier damage, or similar).
