Three (3) classes of collateral against which can register proceeds

  • All present and after-acquired property which is proceeds of original collateral

 

  • A particular item of property which is proceeds, plus any class of collateral into which the item falls.  
    • For example "al proceeds in the form of trucks and motor vehicles"

 

  • A particular class of property into which proceeds fall, plus a wide class into which the first class falls.  
    • For example "al proceeds in the form of accounts and intangibles"
